Since joining GrooveCar in 2021, Josie Livingston has been a driving force in helping credit union partners launch and grow their car shopping programs. As Customer Success Manager, she helps partners strategize for success using GrooveCar Direct by listening to each credit union’s unique situation and creating a plan based on their goals and best practices. She meets with partners quarterly to review data, prepare for upcoming seasons, and explore growth opportunities. Josie also serves as the bridge between credit union partners and the GrooveCar team, ensuring everyone is aligned for success and guiding each credit union through a smooth, simple onboarding process from day one.

Josie works closely with credit unions to get their site live and fully integrated with their existing website and loan applications. She ensures the car shopping site is placed in the right locations, the calculator widget is easy to find, and banners are positioned in high-visibility spots to maximize member access. Sandra Rosas, CEO/President at El Monte Community Credit Union, shared that Josie “has really gone above and beyond to make our onboarding process go smoothly.” This careful setup ensures members can quickly find and use the platform with ease.

Once the site is live, Josie focuses on helping partners drive traffic and engagement. She provides marketing elements, shares best practices, and offers strategic advice on how to reach more members. This includes guidance on social media and email campaigns, as well as targeted promotions such as the “We’ll beat your loan by 1%” auto refinance offer. These efforts help credit unions capture new opportunities and keep members engaged under their brand.

Every quarter, Josie meets with credit union partners to review performance data, track progress toward goals, and identify new opportunities for growth. She pinpoints what is working, where to pivot, and where to double down to maximize results. Always available to answer questions, provide insights, and offer support, Josie ensures each partner’s car shopping site remains functional, effective, and aligned with their goals.
