Meet Frank Rinaudo, a cornerstone of the GrooveCar team for over two decades. As National Director, Dealer Relations, Frank leads the charge in hiring, developing, and managing our sales team, bringing passion and leadership to every market we serve.
Since joining GrooveCar in 2002, Frank has played a pivotal role in shaping the success of our CU Xpress Lease and GrooveCar Retail programs. He oversees a team of Dealer Relationship Managers covering territories across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Michigan, Massachusetts, California, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, ensuring that each dealership partner receives dedicated support and guidance.
Frank’s expertise helps dealerships maximize the benefits of our programs, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage competitive leasing options, access qualified credit union member leads, and streamline the funding and approval process. By combining strong leadership with an in-depth understanding of dealer operations, Frank ensures our programs not only meet but exceed dealer expectations, helping them sell more vehicles, increase profits, and build long-term relationships with local credit unions and their members.
What do you like best about your position at GrooveCar?
My position at GrooveCar provides me the ability to hire and cultivate Dealer Relationship Managers in various markets throughout the United Sates. Most satisfying to me is working with each team member to develop an outstanding sales team.
Why are you proud to work at GrooveCar?
I have been fortunate enough to see GrooveCar grow from an idea to an immensely successful company over the last 23 years. The company has grown from doing business only on Long Island to numerous states throughout the country. We continue to develop new markets each year.
What is your favorite memory of working at GrooveCar?
My favorite memory of working at GrooveCar was visiting Long Island, NY dealers in the early 2000’s to present the program and add them as a dealer partner. Most of the dealers I signed 23 years ago remain on the GrooveCar program today.
