Kaitlyn Vassallo joined the GrooveCar team in 2025 and quickly adapted to her role as a Dealer Relationship Manager, serving auto dealers in the 4 Boroughs and Hudson Valley regions of New York. In this position, she grows the GrooveCar network by signing up new dealers while also managing existing partnerships, fostering strong relationships between dealers and the credit unions partnered with the CU Xpress Lease and GrooveCar retail programs.
Through dealer outreach and her presence at industry events, Kaitlyn plays a central role in strengthening GrooveCar’s network and visibility. Most recently, she represented GrooveCar at the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association Charity Golf Outing, which has raised more than $1.5 million in scholarships to support the next generation of automotive technicians.
Her responsibilities center on guiding dealer success within our programs, facilitating a smooth onboarding process, and supporting ongoing growth through regular check-ins. Kaitlyn also credits her colleagues at GrooveCar, noting that they have set a tremendous example of leadership and teamwork, which has guided her as a new team member.
