Rich Hess has been a member of the GrooveCar family since 2009. In his role as the Senior Manager of Lease and Retail, Rich’s major responsibility is overseeing the sales team. He’s relied upon to train new Dealer Relationship Managers while making sure existing sales representatives are well-versed in selling the program to dealership partners. Additionally, Rich assists credit unions by handling any funding or dealer issues that may arise.
“Being able to see the company grow and expand to other markets is my favorite thing about working at GrooveCar,” Rich said. “I also enjoy being able to share my experience with our sales team.”

Being asked to assume the role of sales manager, allowing me to be on the road and interact with dealers and Dealer Relationship Managers.
